This uniquely designed dress features an extreme assymetrical hemline, with black netting replacing some of the cotton layers on the right side. The "top" part of the dress is designed like a corset with hook and eye closures up the front. There is double corset lacing with black satin ribbon on the front and back of the dress. Under the lacing is a panel of see-through black netting. The shoulder straps are stretchy and covered in black lace. The skirt features 6 layers. The 1st layer (next to your skin) is a cotton "slip" which has a 3 inch hem of black netting with a tiny flower pattern. The second layer is a stiff black netting to give the skirt some poof. The third layer is another layer of very stiff netting for even more volume. The fourth layer is the longest part of cotton ruffle and there are 2 more shorter layers on top of that one.
