This skirt will cinch you up in a jiffy! The bodice panel comes up to the ribcage and has four panels with mock lacing. There are two on each side and two in the front. Each of these panels is lined with embroidered piping. This piping also appears in two single lines down the back. The skirt has three layers. The top is punk rock plaid with black lacing. The middle is black tulle trimmed with black ribbon to give it that puffy look. The bottom is a comfortable black cotton. Zips in the back with an invisible zipper.
