This hot little number features a v-neck bustline outlined in tiny black lace. The waist is nipped in and fitted, while the sassy skirt is flared and poofy. The skirt has 2 layers of fine black mesh over the vinyl and is hemmed with black lace. There is also another mesh layer under the PVC for extra poof and that too is trimmed with lace. The back features corset lacing and the shoulders are accent with black lace as well. By Lip Service.
