This under the bust skirt features corset-style lacing along each side on the waistband, black lace ruffle detailing on the top of the waistband, and 3 black buttons down the front flanked by more black lace. The bottom of the skirt features black satin ribbon all around which when pulled and tied creates gathers and a shortening of the hemline in that area. The fabric features a subtly shiny black filigree pattern.
