This uber sexy fetish style skirt is made of slick black vinyl. If features a corset-lacing style up the front with a silver chain and small lock. The back features a deep V and corset-style lacing through silver grommets. Plus there are 2 zippers, one on each side, that run from the very top, to the very bottom of the skirt. These zippers let you adjust the hobble by unzipping the bottom up to where you can walk more comfortably when necessary.
