This adorable mini skirt features a drop waist with corset-style lacing in the center through tiny hook-and-eye hooks.

There are also faux garter straps on the front and back which are made out of lace edging and end with a black D ring.

The skirt has 2 layers:

The layer underneath is black cotton.  On top of that is this fantastic crinkly gauzy type of material.  This is edged with black lace trim.
