This poofy bubble skirt features a green and blue plaid pattern on a soft wool blend. There are two different corset style ties on both the front as well as on the back as well as a set of pockets on the front of the skirt. The skirt has a bubble effect with a delicate lace sewn on the rounded edges and a lower layer of see through ruffles on the bottom. Made by Lip Service.
